STEP

Meet & Assess
Every new project is an exciting journey, and yours is no exception. TwinBrother Builders wants to transform your vision into reality, so communication is necessary.
Once you contact us for an appointment, a team member will meet with you and visit the property to assess the area for construction or renovation. We will develop a project plan based on the findings and initial conversations.

Let's Start
Once we agree that our ideas match, the project will begin. Before the physical work begins, we will draft a preliminary budget and plans. This will include necessary contracts, financial agreements, and insurance requirements. It's important to understand that all paperwork and legalities are required for any project.
After both parties review and approve all documents, we will introduce you to your project manager. They will be your point of contact and will be entrusted with all the details relating to the creation of your new space.

Collaborate
Collaboration in design, planning, and development is our proven method of building the most effective and appealing spaces. We view you as a partner, working alongside you every step of the way as your dream is built from the ground up.
We will prompt you for your ideas and actively listen throughout the project's progress. As we gather information, it will be shared with our team and contractors to ensure that everyone onboard understands the plan and process.

Design & Creativity
Much like building a collection, your project manager will curate a team of amazing tradespeople. They will collaborate with you to choose the materials and services that best match your space's needs, providing their creative expertise along the way. Trust the process. The team will make suggestions and provide guidance throughout the decision-making process.

Conclude
Every project has an end, but care and partnerships can continue! While finishing touches are made to your home or business space, you will be presented with a final checklist and report. Contracts will be completed, i's will be dotted, and all warranty information and appliance manuals will be passed along from the team to you.
We are confident in the quality and care that we put into each project, so it is without hesitation that we support our clients beyond the required 1 year warranty. We hope you keep us posted on all the memories and success that follows after your project concludes, but we are always available to discuss adjustments and additions if needed.
