Wesley Davis
GENERAL CONTRACTOR | OWNER
Wesley grew up in Asheville, North Carolina. He started with TwinBrother Builders in 2008, and has spent years learning about the building industry under the guidance of his father and uncle. After obtaining a business degree from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, Wesley was made part-owner in 2019. In 2021, Wesley fully took over ownership of TwinBrother Builders, and ushered in a new era of the family business.
Work aside, Wesley values spending time with his family. He also like sports cars, listening to Jimmy Buffet, and traveling to tropical locations.

Chelsey Adams
OPERATIONS MANAGER | OWNER
Originally from the Outer Banks, Chelsey became familiar with Asheville and met Wesley while working for a wine/beer distributor. She joined the team as the operations manager and the bookkeeper when Ron Davis retired.
Chelsey obtained a BS in Environmental Biology in 2010. Ever passionate about nature, Chelsey enjoys hiking and gardening, and spending time with Wesley and their son Theodore.
Theodore
OFFICE SUPERVISOR | ASPIRING GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Our youngest team member, Theodore, was born for this business and oversees the office. He also studies how trucks and tractors work, creating excavation projects in the office's plant pots. Theodore keeps the team going by reminding us how beautiful the world is and why we aspire to leave it better than we found it.
Don Davis
FOUNDER
One of the original founders of TwinBrother Builders, Don is a semi-retired carpenter. He occasionally suits up, toolbelt in tow, to do trim work and install cabinets. When not on the job, Don enjoys bird hunting with his bird dog-in-training, Thomas.
Ron Davis
FOUNDER
Our other founding member, Ron, is a retired general contractor who now enjoys a life of leisure. These days he is traveling, finding the best fishing spots and enjoying some well deserved rest and relaxation.
Landon Davis
CARPENTER
Landon Davis is Don Davis' son. Landon started carpentry in high school helping his dad, Don Davis, with cabinet installs. Landon is also a full time firefighter for Asheville City. When Landon is not working, he is spending time with his family and traveling for their daughters travel softball team.
TwinBrother Builders has been a family business since its inception in the 1980s. Over 45 years have passed since the founders began providing building services to the great metropolitan area of Asheville.
Family and community have always been important to the Davis Team, and that is reflected in the partnerships found between TwinBrother Builders, contractors, service providers, customers, and our own family. We prioritize our values, process, and the satisfaction of our clients. From new commercial construction to home renovations, we enjoy helping everyone settle into Western North Carolina.
Our History
Twin brothers, Don and Ron Davis, combined their skills in the 1980s to create TwinBrother Builders. Don was an exceptional carpenter, and Ron was a skilled Naval Engineer. Upon Ron's retirement from the Navy, the two teamed up. Together, they successfully visualized projects on paper and turned them into impressive structures time and time again. It seemed only fitting to call their construction business TwinBrother.
Early projects included small home renovations and commercial work. In the early 2000s, TwinBrothers broke ground on their first new build. A reputation eventually proceed them. They were dedicated and passionate businessmen and knowledgeable and detailed tradesmen. After guiding and training Ron's son, Wesley throughout the years, they felt assured that the torch would be passed along to the right person. Wesley went on to take over the company in 2021, and it has continued to impress customers to this day.
